Welcome to I Love Pinay. By accessing or using our website, services, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. User Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
2. Content Ownership & License
Your Content: You retain ownership of any video, image, text, or other material you upload ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant I Love Pinay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
Our Content: All site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software are the property of I Love Pinay. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Illegal Activities
Posting content that promotes illegal acts, violence, discrimination, or hate speech. Engaging in fraud, phishing, or identity theft.
System Abuse
Using bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to access the Service. Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service or imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4. Monetization & Payments
Talents may earn income through gifts, subscriptions, or ad revenue sharing as defined in the Talent Agreement. I Love Pinay reserves the right to modify fee structures, payment thresholds, and monetization eligibility criteria at any time with prior notice. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I Love Pinay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
